What do you do when you aren't teaching?
I had a wonderful time taking a beating in the ocean 3 weeks ago after the tropical storm blew through. it rare that there are size able waves to surf in the Atlantic ocean but Sunday the 6th was one of those exceptional days. My bother and I spent about three hours in 3 to 6ft surf. It was lot of fun and also reminded us we aren't college kids anymore.

BYOBB is Back!
BYOBB (Bring Your Own Brown Bag) is Back!
We’ve scheduled the following Fall lunchtime get-togethers on Thursday 9/18, 10/16, and 11/13 from 12:30-1:30pm in the Faculty Center. Bring your own brown bag lunch and we’ll provide dessert! We are planning on two venues….the downstairs will be used for an informal social gathering of sorts. The upstairs conference area will host a topic of discussion. The 9/18 topic will be led by Deb Sedik and titled “ Ways to Avoid/Minimize Irresponsible Student Behavior.”
The upstairs/downstairs choice is yours and we welcome suggestions for other discussion topics of your concern.
